Keith Parnell

Keith serves as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Americas. He is a multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions lawyer, business strategist, mediator and arbitrator, with more than 27 years of international advisory experience. Keith has held senior counsel and senior executive roles in the US, UK, France, Canada and the Caribbean. He recently completed a level II security clearance advisory appointment to the Canadian Government.
